Instructions & Use
Stealth Health Container | Instructions & Use Guide
Welcome to smarter, cleaner meal prep. Your Stealth Health Container is designed for performance, convenience, and sustainability. Follow the guidelines below to get great results while protecting the container’s plant-based build.
⚠️ Important heating notice
Heating results vary because:
-
🔧 Home appliances differ in wattage and design
-
🥘 Ingredients and moisture levels vary
-
🔪 Size and composition of the food matter
-
🧱 Overall density of the meal affects heat flow
If you ever see softening, bubbling, or warping, stop heating and allow the container to cool before handling.
📦 What you are using
-
🌿 Plant-based meal prep container made from rapidly renewable fibers like bamboo and sugarcane
-
💧 Plant-based moisture barrier
-
✅ BPA plastic free
-
♨️ Microwave safe for reheating
-
❄️ Freezer safe
-
♻️ Fully compostable in commercial facilities where accepted
Do not use in a dishwasher, oven, air fryer, stovetop, or broiler. Single use is recommended.
⚡ Quick start
-
🧊 Fill the container. Let very hot food cool a few minutes before sealing.
-
❄️ Chill or freeze. Leave headspace for expansion.
-
♨️ Reheat in the microwave using short intervals and medium power. Remove the lid or invert it loosely on top.
-
🌡️ Stir and check temperature. Repeat short bursts until hot throughout. Aim for 165 °F in the center of the food.
♨️ Microwaving from chilled
These steps reduce hot spots and protect the plant-based lining.
-
Remove the lid before reheating, or flip it upside down and rest it loosely on top as a splatter guard.
-
Use 50 to 70% power in 30 to 60 second intervals. Stir between intervals.
-
Rotate the container if your microwave does not have a turntable.
-
Typical total time is 1 to 4 minutes for a single serving. Your results may be shorter or longer.
-
Never microwave when empty. Always heat with food or liquid inside.
-
Use extra care with low-moisture or high-fat foods. These run hotter and may require lower power and more frequent stirring.
-
Let stand 1 to 2 minutes after heating. Confirm the thickest part reaches 165 °F.
❄️ Microwaving from frozen
Best results come from thawing in the refrigerator overnight. If heating directly from frozen:
-
Vent as above by removing the lid or resting it loosely inverted on top.
-
Start with 30 to 60 seconds at 30 to 50% power to soften.
-
Break up or stir the food. Continue in short intervals at 50 to 70% power until hot throughout.
-
Allow a brief rest and confirm the center reaches 165 °F.
-
Avoid sudden temperature shock. Do not take a rock-hard frozen meal straight into a long, high-power cycle.
🧊 Freezer use
-
Freezer safe. Fill, then leave a small gap at the top for expansion.
-
Let hot food cool briefly before sealing and freezing.
-
Keep meals upright until fully frozen for the best seal.
-
For best eating quality, use within 2 to 3 months.
🔥 Do not use in these appliances
-
Conventional or convection ovens
-
Toaster ovens
-
Air fryers
-
Stovetops or broilers
-
Microwaves in grill, crisping, or air-fry modes
Dry, direct heat can damage the fiber body and barrier. This is a fire hazard. Use only microwave reheating as described.
🚯 Containers are disposable
Stealth Health Containers are designed as a disposable, eco-conscious alternative to plastic. Single use is recommended.
If you choose to rinse and reuse once in a pinch:
-
🧴 Hand wash only with mild soap in cool or warm water
-
💨 Air dry completely before refilling
-
🔍 Stop using if the lining appears bubbled, thinned, cracked, or soft
-
🚫 Never use a dishwasher and do not soak for extended periods
🧰 Leak and handling guidance
-
The snap-on lid supports normal transport. Keep containers upright, especially with thin liquids.
-
Open carefully after heating. Hot steam can cause burns.
-
Support the bottom when carrying hot food.
🌿 Materials and sustainability
-
Made from bamboo and sugarcane fibers. No trees are harvested for the fiber pulp.
-
Plant-based lining helps resist moisture.
-
Fully compostable in commercial facilities that accept this material. Check locally since such facilities may not be available in all areas. Remove food residues before composting.
🍽️ Food safety reminders
-
Reheat leftovers to an internal temperature of 165 °F. Stir to avoid cold spots.
-
Refrigerate perishable foods promptly.
-
Do not leave prepared foods at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
-
When in doubt, throw it out.
⏱️ Why we suggest short intervals and medium power
Biodegradable molded-fiber containers perform best with shorter microwave intervals and lower power settings. This reduces localized overheating and protects the plant-based barrier while still reheating food safely.
❗ Why this matters: the plant-based PLA lining is not BPA plastic. Overheating, especially in one spot, can cause bubbling or degradation. Even, gradual heating helps prevent this. We are continuing to improve our PLA formula. Our goal is true freezer-to-microwave convenience. Thank you for your support.
